Social City works closely with schools across the city to help develop programming that can optimally support the social-emotional development of students where they spend the majority of their day.

For Your Students

Social City partners with your school and classroom teachers to deliver customized social skills instruction (2 options).

Social Skills Groups:

Small groups (approximately 3 - 12 students). A full list of targeted skills can be found here.

Assemblies:

Larger groups (can be multiple classes), provided in-person or virtually, and topics can include, but are not limited to:

  • Respect in Action: Communication, Perspective, and Community

  • Being Kind: Conflict Resolution and Decision Making

  • Foundations of Friendship: Skills for Building Successful Relationships

A Social City therapist will lead a professional development training tailored for your school’s specific student dynamics and social needs. Professional development trainings can target many topics, including but not limited to:

  • Supporting Students’ Social Emotional Growth at School
