Tara and Aly are great, their curriculum provides practical guidance and our child had fun in the program. Strongly recommend this program. 

I think this program was very useful for my daughter because she was very shy and she never wanted to talk in public and thanks to this program with Alexandra and Tara now she has less anxiety and fear.

Thea learned a lot during the seven classes she was able to attend. She's really glad she did the course. It can be hard to get her to sign up for anything, but she considered the social skills lessons very important. 

She's starting to incorporate what she learned into practice, sometimes slowly, but I see it happening. And I definitely can tell she's making a huge effort.

We wanted to Thank Everyone at Social City because our son "D" has learned invaluable and life long lessons at Social City.

"D" is having a Amazing 7th Grade experience.  Last week he expressed how he does not want school to end but is enjoying every moment until it does.

All of his hard work at Social City have helped him tremendously.

Compared to last year, "D" is more social, outgoing and being himself.  His cell phone is constantly beeping and ringing off the hook. (That's a Great Feeling as a parent).

His teachers enjoy having him because he is eager to learn, participate and help others.  On numerous occasions the teachers have stated that they have not seen a hard-working student like "D" in many years.  His classmates look up to him and during a class project they wrote wonderful comments about him.  One teen wrote that she enjoys his laugh and when he laughs it's contagious.  Another classmate thanked him for helping out on a group project and helping them with math.  At "D's" annual IEP school meeting, they praised him and commented on how he is aware of all the different classmates, teachers and staff's personalities.  

"D" has received Highest Honors for the entire school year.   Next week, "D" will participate in the ARISTA Honor Society Ceremony.  "D" completed the required Community Service, participated in Leadership Activities, and met all other requirements.  

Most importantly, he also won "Student of the Month".  The teacher nominated "D" his excellent participation in his schools social skills group.  A few weeks ago, we had a new student in the group who was having a very difficult time; "D" showed such compassion and empathy toward that student, it was really wonderful. He is a very kind young man and a pleasure to work with!"

My husband and I are so pleased with the program, you know, and Melissa and her team are just wonderful and so on point always. We couldn't be happier with the progress our little boy is making. We are so proud! Thank you again SC team for all your hard work and dedication!

You run a terrific program and I feel like Mack has really benefited a lot from all of your amazing work. Bonus of it all ....he really enjoys it!!! 

I wanted to write to let you know that J. will not be able to sign up for the upcoming winter session.  Not sure if he's mentioned it but he did get a part, or rather a couple of small parts, in his school play and he'll need to be at rehearsals on most Thursdays and Tuesday too.

It's super exciting especially as the idea to try out came completely from him.  We really don't think that would have happened without the confidence he's gotten from Social City.   That makes it a little bittersweet that we he wont be able to attend.  Not only does J. enjoy going but he has also grown so much since he started coming just the past summer.

It's been a wonderful experience and J. has even said he would like to come back after his play is done.
